The food was awesome 😋, and the rooms were nice. Everyone on staff was so lovely, and the location was great too.

The clean sheets, towels, and pillows were a plus, and the rooms stayed very warm even in winter. Staff spoke respectfully, though they weren't focused on finding solutions. The helpful receptionist was a woman, unlike the other receptionist with glasses. Food was a real letdown. The portions were small, and when we asked for more, we were told it would cost extra per person and weren't given another serving. The buffet was supposedly different from the report photos, which didn't look like the food served, and the appetizers were the same every day. I also saw what looked like tap water being used in the dining hall. Some glasses smelled of bleach, as if they hadn't been rinsed properly. The Turkish bath was clean and quiet on weekdays, and there are private rooms for families, but the ceiling leaked. They'd also taken the sauna out of use. The slippers they provide may not fit, and the receptionist with glasses said they only had standard sizes, then brushed us off. Fortunately, my father's room had a pair that fit, since we were there as a family. Some rooms had very worn wallpaper. I'd rate it 3/5.

The family cabins were spotless, but we had no hot water in the shower and no bin in the room, so we put our rubbish in a bag on the table. Sorry about that :) The hairdryer was so poor that drying our hair took two hours. A better one in the rooms would make a big difference. Even with outside temperatures around -6 to -7 degrees, the room was far hotter than expected, almost stifling. Still, the staff were friendly and helpful, and this is a hotel we've chosen in Haymana four or five times now. It's a very nice, attentive place otherwise. Thanks for everything 😊

About a month ago, a friend arranged for us to visit the hotel. The owner passed along the number of Havva, whom we were told was the hotel manager. When I called, she said she handled reservations, that I should contact only her from then on, and that I needed to learn the proper procedure. I explained that my friend had contacted Mr. Selim because he knew him, and that I would have called Havva directly if I had her number. She kept speaking to us arrogantly and rudely, simply because the owner had contacted us first. It was shocking and disrespectful toward potential customers and guests. Later I heard from her boss that Havva had tried to cover up her mistake by saying I'd threatened her. That surprised me even more, and honestly I found it amusing. I've never been treated this badly in the hotel business before. Among hotels in Haymana, this experience stands out. People who can't meet the basic expectations of the profession shouldn't be working in hospitality. Anyone thinking of staying here should reconsider in light of this. "Banu ARSAL"
