Golden Time İncek

A nice, clean place to stay.

The hotel's exterior architecture is beautiful, but the rooms didn't impress me, and the carpeted floors weren't great for hygiene. We had booked and paid a deposit, and had asked for the Tehran room, but before we arrived it had been sold to someone else, so we were put in the upstairs Las Vegas room. A party in the adjoining Egyptian room kept us awake with noise until 2 AM. We asked the receptionist to stop it, but he didn't. When we asked again, he said he couldn't make them turn it off, so we had to speak to them ourselves. We weren't very satisfied.

We felt comfortable and welcome throughout our stay, and the hotel was very clean. Ms. Dilek at reception was especially helpful the whole time. Thanks to all the staff, we'll be back.

The staff, from reception to the cleaning team, were attentive and careful with their work. The location is central and convenient for getting around, and shared areas were kept clean and maintained well. Our room was spacious, tidy, and the beds were really comfortable. We had a peaceful, comfortable, enjoyable stay and would definitely choose it again if we get the chance. I'd wholeheartedly recommend it.
