The Wi-Fi setup was a hassle. The front desk said access was restricted for security reasons, and as foreigners we had trouble getting our phones onto the network until they were recalibrated. In the end, only one device per person was allowed, so a laptop had to use a phone hotspot. Breakfast was bare minimum, and the toilet had very few amenities, not even a toothbrush. The room was dated and smelled, including the toilet when we checked in. Staff promptly cleaned it and added toilet freshener. The chairs were dirty, paint was peeling from the walls, shower flow was miserable, and room cleaning wasn’t good. This definitely isn’t 4*.

Friendly, professional staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The hotel is centrally located.

The video speaks for itself. On top of that, the lift was out of order for half a day, and we got no room service on the first day. A joke. This shit would be considered 1 star in Taliban Afghanistan.
