Medproper Suites

This is definitely a 3 star place. Don't expect the Ritz, but if you're after a safe, comfortable, spacious apartment with WiFi, it works well. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I came through their partnership with Medistanbul Hospital and could recover there while also working from home. There are plenty of nearby food and shopping options: a large coffee shop next door, Gloria Jean's, plus a Starbucks, McDonald's, a mini Carrefour, and a large supermarket. I ate at the local Casa de Cafe, which served standard Turkish, Mediterranean, and Western food, and gentlemen would come there to watch football and use the Shisha. You can self-cater in the apartment, and if anything's missing, just ask the manager for it. The area felt safe and well policed, so I had no concerns about personal safety. One note, you have to ask if you want the room cleaned. Don't assume it'll happen.

The reception made it seem like a proper place, but the room was full of bugs and the floor creaked when I walked on it. There was plenty wrong with the apartment, and the pictures show more. It was extremely dirty, and the WiFi didn't work at all, even though you need it while staying here. This place ruined my vacation. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and in my opinion it doesn't deserve even one star.

Emiliya made a real difference to our stay. She was warm, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure everything was right. The property itself was comfortable, clean, and kept in good condition, with a relaxed and welcoming feel. I had an amazing time here and would definitely recommend it for the service and overall experience.

Breakfast was delicious each morning, and the location made it easy to get to major attractions. Our room was immaculate and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, especially Emiliya Recesptionist, who was a lovely and very good receptionist.
