I'm deeply unhappy with my stay at GRAND MOON HOTEL. The room was in unacceptable condition and the service was poor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned: there was dirt around the room, stained towels and linens, and one sheet appeared to have blood on it. That's disgusting and a serious hygiene concern. Dirty bags had also been left behind, making the room look more like a used car trunk than somewhere guests should pay to stay. There was NO WIFI, despite repeated claims that it would come soon. I missed my Dr appointment. When we raised these problems, staff offered no help or solution, yet we were charged the full amount. The whole experience was upsetting and far below what I'd expect from a professional hotel. I'm asking for a full refund and a formal apology for the conditions and inconvenience. Please deal with this urgently. I hope to hear back within [5-7] business days. If the response isn't satisfactory, I'll have to take the matter to the relevant consumer protection agencies and review platforms.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and nicely decorated, and the staff were attentive and friendly, making me feel at home. It was also a great base for exploring nearby. With its cozy, welcoming feel and excellent service, I found it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay.

I had a comfortable stay here and enjoyed the place. The wifi is fast enough for work, but it tends to cut out at least once a day, and the outage can last a long time.

For the price, it's a good option. The rooms are roomy enough and the design is nice. Service was good, and staff were always available to help. Everything I needed was nearby, though opening the window brought in a lot of noise, and there was a bit of a smoke smell. It seems suited to someone travelling alone, especially a man. Families may want to look at other options.

Being near the university made the location work for me, but I can't see why this hotel has a 4.2 rating. The room had a big TV, air conditioner and kettle, but it also had an empty little fridge with no mini bar. There was no room cleaning service for me. The bathroom light didn't work, and when I told reception, they said I could change rooms, which was difficult for me. The towel was dirty, there was no tissue or toothpaste, and the toilet paper seemed wet. Reception also couldn't speak English well.
