Nira Boutique Hotel

I booked one room for two through obilet.com, but the service here was extremely poor. I had to switch rooms twice. In the first one, the Wi-Fi signal on the first floor was weak and wouldn’t connect. In the second, there was no remote for the air conditioning. When I asked reception to send up two bottles of water, they said there was no staff available and I had to come downstairs to get them myself. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The stay was good overall, and I got a nice rest over two nights. There was loud noise from what I think was a pub. It didn’t bother me much, though at first I thought it was a ghost coming from the next building 💀. The door was the bigger concern: it wouldn’t lock automatically from outside, so I called reception and they fixed it. I still had to shut it harder than usual, and nearly left without checking whether it had locked.

We were happy with our choice. The hotel is very pretty, and the rooms are new and clean. It’s very close to Kyzylay. We also really liked the staff, especially Ms. Canan and Mr. Mertcan, who tried to take care of our requests right away whenever we asked.

The rooms were very good, and the people here were helpful and grateful. Ms Hulya in particular is a wonderful manager who really knows her work. Thanks to all the hotel staff. I hope I can come back to Nira hotel and stay here again.
