Pi̇ri̇ Paşa House

I was completely dissatisfied and wouldn’t recommend staying here. I went to the Elegant Hotel, but they directed me here. I think the two places have an agreement. There’s no car park, and finding somewhere to park was very difficult. I drove around for half an hour looking. The rooms were dim and dark, with such weak lighting that you couldn’t see anything. Then the water went out and stayed off all evening. When I told reception, they said something like, “Yes, it goes out like that, but it will come back on.” Absolutely don’t stay here!

The hotel I needed wasn’t available, and I got misled by the reviews and the fact that this place was nearby. It turned out to be the worst choice I’ve ever made. I paid for three nights in advance, couldn’t sleep at all the first night, and couldn’t even get the remaining two nights back. It was honestly the dirtiest room I’ve ever seen. Cigarette butts were on the floor, there were strange organisms in the sink and shower drain in the so-called bathroom, and I found a condom on the edge of my bed that thankfully hadn’t been used. The whole room stank of cigarettes. It was completely black, with only strange dim lights, and there were weird noises coming from everywhere. Don’t waste your money here.

We only picked this place because it was nearby and had to leave in a hurry. The reception was empty whenever we looked, and when we decided to go, there was nobody to speak with. Calls and messages got no response, even though we'd paid beforehand. The room and toilet were dirty, and at 4 am staff were cleaning while talking on the phone. It was beyond disgusting. I wouldn't stay here even for free, so don't waste your money.

We chose it for the convenient location, but I wouldn't come back. The staff were very grumpy and seemed hostile to guests. We paid 2000 TL a day, then got asked for extra cleaning and cat fees, while the rooms had cobwebs. For a two-hour extension they knocked four times and called twice, asking for 600 TL. The woman in the headscarf, whose name I don't know, only showed us her back when we spoke to her. Everything felt disrespectful. If the staff had provided proper service, some of this might have been easier to overlook, but it seemed they didn't want customers and were against the owner. It's not somewhere you can feel comfortable.
