The room itself was fine, but the service was unbelievably rude. While I was in the lobby with my friends, the receptionist angrily knocked on the table and told us to shut up because she was on the phone. That’s her business, not ours, and she had no right to speak to us that way. We’re paying hotel customers, not her students or children. Worst experience in Türkiye. I’m never staying here again.

The room was very cold, and the unit in it didn’t work properly. It was never repaired. Also, the female reception staff weren’t kind or tactful with guests. The hotel is in a commercial area in central Ankara, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Some rooms look right out onto the market. Prices are moderate, service is nice, and they respond quickly.

The rooms were very clean, and the hotel followed Covid-19 precautions. Breakfast was somehow good, and all the staff were kind and generous. If I come to Ankara again, I’d definitely stay here without looking at other hotels.

The location was the only good thing. Everything else was below average, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The internet barely existed, with a fake Wi-Fi signal that came and went. I had a really strange, bad experience when they changed my room without asking and moved my things. They insisted that the new room had been mine from the start. Only after I said I’d left my papers and money in the safe in the first room did they apologize. No one could explain the move.
