Rota Bulvar Hotel

Right in the middle of Kızılay, the city center, the location is perfect. The furniture is new and clean, and breakfast is okay, but the staff were rude and unprofessional. There’s no room service, and rooms are cleaned every two days. Once, I found the outer door locked and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come open it. Fine for a short stay, I’d say.

The sheets were clean, the location was good, I didn't wait long, and the receptionist was responsive. Still, the toilet looked like it hadn't been used in ages, and the mini fridge was dirty. The split AC barely cooled all night, even though it was tucked into a corner. The foam sheet slippers felt pointless. I hope they make some improvements.

I've stayed here many times, and the location is the one good thing about it. Cleanliness is absolutely awful. Breakfast isn't enough, though it's acceptable. Even if you need somewhere central in Kızılay, I wouldn't recommend it. You can find somewhere better, and you should. Completely terrible. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

The rooms were dirty, with rubbish left inside, including used condoms, cigarettes, and hair. There was a strong smell of sweat and cigarettes, and the hygiene was awful. No one on staff spoke English. Strange things seemed to be happening, with unfamiliar people coming in at night. Never go there.
