The hotel was clean and really nice, but what mattered most to me was feeling welcome. Irem, Harun and Ömer were especially warm and gave us great service. We had planned to stay just one night, then decided to add four more days. Thanks to hotel florya for having such good staff.

The spa made our stay even more relaxing, and we loved the delicious food at the restaurant and the lovely breakfast. We were there as a couple, and the chic, cosy rooms were beautiful. The suites are especially worth considering for extra comfort. Tugce, the manager, took wonderful care of us, and Mustafa went out of his way to help. The whole team was lovely. Florya Grand Hotel Ankara is just steps from Tunalı Hilmi Caddesi, which made exploring Ankara easy. We had nothing negative to say, everything exceeded what we expected. We’ll be back on our next trip.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I liked the clean, roomy room and nice bathroom. I was only there for one night, and it was quiet and very pleasant.

Everyone at this small, simply designed hotel seemed happy and greeted us with a smile. I especially enjoyed Arda, the restaurant captain, and his delicious coffee cocktails. I had a great stay during my visit to Türkiye and will be back.

The spa was a lovely surprise, with a beautiful traditional Turkish hammam, several steam and sauna rooms, treatment rooms and spaces to relax. Breakfast was served in a beautiful area and offered plenty of traditional Turkish choices. We had a very comfortable stay in a Suite, with loads of room in both the bedroom and bathroom. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and it felt like a true 5* experience. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from Tunalı Hilmi and Kuğulu Park, and Mustafa and Baturhan made us feel welcome at reception. Thanks to Tuğçe, Mustafa and Baturhan for making the stay memorable.
