Burak at reception made our arrival smooth and stress-free. He listened closely to what our family needed and helped us pick a very comfortable room. From the start, he was welcoming, polite, and professional. He clearly cares about guests and does his work with real kindness and attention. Staff like him make a great first impression and really add to the hotel. We were very happy with the service at Saffari Hotel in Ankara. Thank you, Burak, for the warm hospitality. We'll definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
