akdeniz suite

We couldn’t stand staying there and left that same night, even though they charged us extra. The rooms were horrible and the service was awful. The pictures and description were misleading. The place was filthy, with spider webs in the corners, stained bed linen, and a toilet door that wouldn’t close, with a foul smell coming from the bathroom. The kitchen was very old, with few utensils, all of them dirty. Everything we touched felt disgusting, including the couch, which had hair on it. There were no trash cans, soap, washing machine, or Wi-Fi. I’ve never had such a terrible night. Don’t stay here unless you want to ruin your vacation.

They charged us before we could see the apartment. When we saw how dirty it was and asked for our money back so we could leave, they refused, but we left anyway. Beds, walls, towels, doors, kitchen utensils, couch, fridge, everything was disgusting. The location had also been changed to somewhere far from everything, and there was no Wi-Fi. Please don’t trust the five-star reviews. This is an absolute scam, and they closed the previous listing after getting low reviews.

The pictures showed fancy rooms, but there was no lift, and one bedroom had no air conditioner. The unit in the other bedroom started leaking water within half an hour of being turned on.

They sent me a video of a nice looking apartment in a particular location, which I booked for a week. When we arrived, they took our money and moved us somewhere far away. They didn’t speak English, and we had no internet to translate. The apartment was filthy, and when we asked for a refund so we could leave, they refused. Later I got online and found someone to help. They then offered us a smaller apartment for the same price. It was late, they were rude, and we had to accept. The night was a nightmare. The bed had bugs and stains, the walls were filthy, and the toilet was disgusting and smelled bad, with no trash can. The kitchen was even dirtier, so we had to clean everything we touched with soap and wipes. They hadn’t provided soap, trash cans, or towels. The next morning I contacted them again and asked them to bring the police to inspect the place. They called us liars, but luckily I had photos and kept the chat. They charged us for three nights instead of one, and left the rest of our money with a neighbor. We left anyway because the service and accommodation were beyond tolerable. Unfortunately, I had dealt with them on WhatsApp rather than through a booking site, so I couldn’t get all my money back. This place should be closed.
