I booked for only two days. I arrived late from the airport on the first night and went straight to sleep. The next day I found the water wasn’t working. Staff said they couldn’t fix it and that it didn’t matter since I was checking out tomorrow. In 40-degree heat, I needed a shower, so I had to book somewhere else. They were rude, didn’t care, and refused to refund the night I couldn’t stay. Avoid this place. The hotel replied to my review saying I could move rooms. They told me that three times while I was ready to leave with my bag. But about 20 minutes earlier, when I asked to move so I could shower, they said there were no other rooms. Each time they mentioned moving me, I told them I’d already booked another place and showed them the booking. If a room became available due to a cancellation in those 20 minutes, why didn’t anyone come and offer it so I could shower? Their response feels like an attempt to cover themselves. The place is a dump, and their attitude toward foreigners is a disgrace.

The hotel is in a quiet area, with a bus stop, restaurants, and playgrounds close by. There’s a taxi call button right outside, and a taxi to the beach costs under 200 TRY. The apartment was comfortable for a family holiday. It has a fridge with freezer, washing machine, stove, two TVs, and air conditioning. There’s a balcony with room to hang laundry, and hangers in the wardrobe. The kitchen has two pots. A large store just behind the mosque sells anything else you might need, and BIM and A101 are nearby too.

It looked clean at first, but opening the kitchen cupboards showed how dirty they were. The kitchen items were old and dirty too. Spoons bent easily, there weren’t any forks, and the pans were small and worn. The washing machine was so filthy I chose not to use it. There was no divider between the shower and toilet. The bedroom AC was damaged. They promised to fix it, but never did. The receptionist was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Clean, spacious rooms for an amazing price, with excellent service. The restaurant has great food and drinks, plus hookah. You won’t be disappointed staying here. Highly recommended: @eliasd_traveler.

Worst hotel, I don’t recommend it. There’s no pool, the staff don’t know English, and the service is bad. They don’t understand orders given in English and bring you something else. Worst experience ever, maybe this hotel should close.
