Service was what really made this stay for us. The owners paid close attention to what guests needed, welcomed us warmly, and never made any request feel like too much. Plenty of Turkish families choose to vacation here, which says a lot about the service. As people say, "Turks know a thing or two about service," and this hotel is a great example. I'd give the service itself a 5. It's a small, cozy, quiet hotel that suited a peaceful family holiday. Our room had everything we needed and was comfortable. The location is fantastic too, with the beach and shops just a short walk away and well-developed infrastructure nearby. We highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway and can't wait to return.

The beach is an easy seven-minute walk away, and the hotel booking includes a sunbed and umbrella at the beach bar. Reception also provides beach towels at no extra cost. Konyalti beach was very convenient for us. It's a calm, peaceful place that's comfortable for families. Breakfast changes a little each day, which we liked, and the pool was great with kids and stayed open until 10 PM. Grocery stores are only a two- to three-minute walk away, handy for families watching their budget. We recommend it.

Mustafa and his family were warm and friendly, and did their best to make sure guests were comfortable. The apartment felt cozy and peaceful. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious, while the pool was clean and spacious. Refreshing drinks were always available to order at affordable prices. Our only snag was the air conditioning when we arrived. It was sorted out quickly, even though we checked in late. We'd happily recommend this place and wish the business success.

The owners were so friendly, and I absolutely loved staying here. It's comfortable, nicely located near the beach and markets, and easy to reach from the airport. Highly recommend.

Conan the dog is a lovely extra, always there to welcome you warmly. Mustafa, Asu, and Gizem are wonderful hosts and never make you feel like a request is too much. The studio apartments have everything you need, including a kitchen, and breakfast is both healthy and delicious.
