Aska Lara Resort & Spa Hotel

Our family had a great time at this hotel, and it was a very good first visit to Turkey for us. There's plenty to keep you busy: a private beach, lots of pools for relaxing or having fun, water sports, transfer shutters, nightshows, a private football pitch with a coach, volleyball tournaments, shooting, archery, and more. My son played football every day from 10:30 am, and there was also an adults' session at 4:30 pm. Coach Alex, from Venezuela with rich culture, was fantastic with the kids and got them all involved in training and matches. The staff were kind and respectful. All-inclusive options include several beach and pool bars, restaurants, a la carte menus, supper from 23:45 to 2am, and even a 24/7 bar. The hotel is close to the beach and Land of Legends, with lots of sunbeds, a Starbucks inside, and shops. They can also help arrange transfers or trips. We'd gladly come back.

The Leos club team were amazing, and my children loved being there from morning until late at night. The food was great, too. Everything in the room was lovely, from the bed to the shower. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and kind. Everything was really perfect. Thank you, and see you again soon.

We booked a 7-day stay at the last minute through Jet2, and everything was great. From reception to the restaurant staff and room cleaners, everyone was helpful and we had no problems. The lifts can be frustrating when it's busy, so the stairs may be quicker if you can manage them. There's lots of choice in the food hall. Check the far end too, where we found omelettes, Indian food, and ice cream only in our last few days. The hotel is amazingly packed and self-contained, with a handy Starbucks, hairdressers, and other shops. The location isn't great if you're an explorer. I'd recommend getting an antalyacard. The vending machine is about a 25-minute walk, turning right at the main RD. A standard fare is about 59p, which seems good value, though getting into town takes about an hour and the buses are very busy on the way out. When shopping, remember to haggle. I didn't at first, and the price dropped straight away from 1200 to 1000, so give it a try. Would I return and recommend it to family and friends? Yes, without doubt.

As an Executive Chef, I'm particular about food quality, organization, and consistency, and I was genuinely impressed by my experience at Aska Lara Resort & SPA. The food was excellent, with quality ingredients, plenty of variety, lovely presentation, and well-balanced flavors. You can tell the kitchen has strong leadership. The staff were equally impressive, professional, attentive, and welcoming, which made the whole stay more enjoyable. The Executive Chef deserves special praise for doing such a great job. Keeping standards this high isn't easy, and it shows. Highly recommended!
