The staff were amazing and tried to help as much as they could. The area was quiet when we had a room on the side away from the kindergarten. It's not beside the beach, but the room was comfortable enough for a few days. I enjoyed the trip and stay, though some things were disappointing. I'd check whether the rooms have been repaired or updated before coming back. There was laundry in our room when we arrived. That wasn't a big deal by itself, but no one collected it or mentioned it the next day, so we had to take it and leave it outside. The toilet seat was broken, and although we reported it and it was fixed two days later, someone cleaning the room broke it again on day three. We gave up and left it broken. The shower leaked and partly flooded the toilet area after every shower. Its head was broken too. Staff adjusted it a little after we told them, but didn't fix it, which was annoying because a working shower matters to me.

The apartments have a pool, and each one has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, washing machine, and cooking facilities. Service was consistently kind and responsible. The beach and promenade are a 10-minute walk away, and the main streets in Gürsu and Altınkum neighborhoods are 15 minutes away.

The unit had a washing machine, which was a great feature, and the beach was beautiful and only a three-minute walk away. The location was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed staying here and would come back.

We were only there long enough to sleep, then left in the morning without unpacking. The first-floor room was small and dirty, and the bathroom needed repairs and renovation. The walls were so thin that we could hear almost everything outside and in the neighboring Apparts. Later I had to come back because I'd forgotten my AirPods, and getting them back was a very unpleasant, impolite experience.
