The staff were very friendly, and my son and I had a nice stay in a great location. A few kitchen bits were missing, like scissors and cooking pots, but we weren’t planning to cook anyway, so it didn’t matter. We can definitely recommend Onix.

Gulnara, the manager, was excellent and really helpful, and the staff were amazing. I had a great stay at onyx apartments and would recommend it to friends and family.

We stayed for 10 days and loved the mountain view and all the amenities in the room, including two bathrooms, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Kuzeya, the very gentle cat, became a friend and a special memory from our vacation. The administrator let us check in early for free because our room was ready, and the warm welcome meant a lot. The shops are nearby, and it’s 5-10 minutes to the sea. Since we were hotel guests, we also got free sunbeds on the beach, which we really appreciated. The reception administrator was always happy to help with questions, so communication was easy and pleasant. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What made our stay at Onix special was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, genuine, and warm. We were a family of four, and the one-level apartments suited us well: spacious, bright, and clean, with lots of room for the kids to play.

The apartment was luxurious and had all the amenities, though having just one roll of toilet paper for the whole stay felt a bit odd. The staff were nice and spoke Russian. It’s very close to the beach, but very far from the city center.
