İsmet and Mike made our stay at Basel much better. They were incredibly helpful with everything we needed, and their English and customer service were exceptional. They also suggested nice activities and places to visit nearby in Antalya. Their kindness and support really improved the trip. We'd definitely return.

The hotel felt warm and welcoming, but the staff were what made the stay memorable. Ismet and Ebru were brilliant, professional and kind, and clearly cared about making guests feel at home. They offered helpful recommendations and greeted me with a friendly smile every day. Thanks to them, the stay felt personal. I’ll miss you both. Massive credit for making our holiday so special. I can’t recommend the hotel enough, and I’m already looking forward to coming back. Kayley and Jason.

I stayed six nights with my family while we were in town for dental treatment. The hotel felt dirty and unfriendly to families. During the day I was constantly told to keep my kids quiet, even though loud music playing all night didn't seem to be a problem. The receptionist and cleaner were very friendly and welcoming, and breakfast had good options. But the hygiene was very poor: the toilet wasn't cleaned during our six days, and the rooms weren't hoovered. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially for families.

We love this hotel and will be back in April. The rooms are clean, and it’s a five-minute walk to the beach, with a wonderful coffee bar attached. The staff are friendly, especially Ismet, the lovely guy on reception.

Ismet is one of the best guys in all Turkey. He's so friendly and helpful, always there when you need him, and he helped us with everything without bothering us. Best guy and hotel in Antalya. Thanks to everyone for the service and all you did for us. I recommend this hotel to everyone!
