The place smelled bad. We had paid for a different room, but the receptionist said he couldn't do anything about it. In the morning, we asked him to help order a taxi and he said he couldn't help with that either.

Akca Apart Hotel is close to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. My room was clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed staying there. The staff were exceptional, especially Manager Mustafa, who went out of his way to make the stay enjoyable. I'd highly recommend it.

My basement room had no windows to the outside, and cigarette smoke filled it all night. A nearby electricity meter made loud, random noises that kept disturbing my sleep.

We've already stayed here twice and would definitely return. It was a pleasant stay, and the staff were really friendly.

It's a family business that's well established, and the staff are so welcoming. They're helpful and understand and speak English. The hotel is in a very good spot, close to supermarkets, cafes, and the big hospitals.
