The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean, and we had a lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea and Cumhuriyet Meydani. We booked a more expensive suite for the better view and location. The air conditioners worked well, and everything else was perfect. The issues were a broken window handle that left the window open all week, though noise and traffic weren't a problem, and a boiler that didn't work well. I'd recommend it.

There was cigarette smoke in the building from staff smoking indoors, and the entrance was hard to find and felt dodgy. Inside, there was a strong basement smell, along with sewage odor in my room, especially in the mornings. The place is an apartment, not an aparthotel, and I'd avoid staying longer than one night. Our sink leaked badly and left lots of water in the bathroom, and it wasn't fixed right away. The apartment wasn't equipped, there was only one fork. Cleaning wasn't included, and there was no broom or vacuum to clean it yourself. I also found lots of black hairs when I checked in. They make you ask for toilet paper each time it runs out instead of leaving it in the bathroom. When I mentioned it, the cleaning lady brought some with sarcastic remarks. The building has no soundproofing at all, and it felt like sleeping on the street. Absolutely awful.

We had a quiet stay even though the area is busy, and the service was excellent with clean shared spaces. The location is ideal for tourists. I only wish the kitchen had more utensils, as there weren't enough to cook comfortably.

We stayed twice during our month in Antalya, and it was the best value around. The staff were really helpful, even arranging a rental car right at the door. My girlfriend came in on an overnight flight, and they made homemade baklava for her while she waited for the room. Some areas need maintenance, but at this price you won't find better, and you do get what you pay for. The bad reviews here surprised me. I can only assume they're spam from local competitors.
