Beyond Otel

We’ve been here three nights, with tonight being our last. The staff at reception know how to treat guests: they’re kind, helpful, and always seem willing to go the extra mile. In Turkey, service like that is usually something you’d only get at a five star hotel. The rooms are modern and new, which is hard to find at this price in Turkey, or really anywhere. There’s a cafe downstairs and a sushi restaurant. I didn’t try the restaurant, but the cafe was awesome. It’s great value overall. Just watch out for the furniture’s sharp corners. The shower took ages to reach a comfortable temperature, swinging between very hot and very cold for the first few minutes. Nothing major.

I was there for over a week and the staff were consistently kind, always greeting me with a smile. My room was spacious and clean, and breakfast came as a generous plate of Turkish food. There was also a wide choice of teas and some delicious smoothies. The hotel sits right across from gorgeous Konyaaltı beach, and for the price, you won’t beat it. 🙏

It’s spacious and clean, and there’s hot water, so you get what you pay for. I didn’t sleep well, though. The pillows were awful and much too soft, and our room faced the main road, so it was really noisy.

The location was perfect, close to the sea with good connections to the city center and markets nearby. Internet was fast and worked perfectly. The staff were super friendly and cooperative, and gave us an early check-in with really good service. I had to change my travel dates twice because of health issues, and they arranged everything perfectly. Fully recommend it in any season. Cheers o/
