The front desk staff were the best part. They were friendly, smiling, and available around the clock. Baran karaogli and Zorbey Dal were especially kind and helpful, and made us feel welcome. Mehmet Can Yavus also helped with questions and with a problem that involved calling the bank. The price was reasonable for the accommodation, and that service made the stay worthwhile. We were five people staying for two weeks. The room looked modern and had what we needed: kitchen utilities, an iron and board, washing machine, air conditioning, hair dryer, towels, shampoo, conditioner, and more. It didn't come with drinking water, cleaning supplies, or laundry powder, so bring or buy those nearby. Getting around was manageable by taxi: about 10 minutes to Isstanbul baazar and Grand baazar, 10 minutes to Lära beach, 11 minutes to Arena beach, and 15 minutes to antalya baazar (kaleci). Arena beach was recommended for more privacy and a fresher beach, though it costs more. Walking could take two or three times as long. We were there in 42 °c heat, and even a short walk left us feeling like we were getting heat stroke every few minutes. The big letdown was cleaning. After a while the apartment got very dirty, and there were no supplies inside. Reception said a cleaner came every 2-3 days and put us on the priority list for the next day. She changed the sheets and cleaned about 75% of the apartment, but swept the floor poorly, leaving hair and sand everywhere. We were told she'd come back, but she never did. When we eventually asked for supplies, they had little besides a brush and spray, so we had to make do. The hygiene made it feel unsuitable for a longer stay. I'd rate it 3.5 - 4 /5. Cleaning brings the rating down, while the staff and fair price bring it up.
