Faith and Anar were the highlight of my stay. They were so friendly and helpful, always going out of their way, and made me feel valued. The whole team was kind and professional. I found the hotel calm and enjoyable, with great facilities. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to relax. From arrival onward, the place felt welcoming and well cared for. Whether you're here for a short break or a longer holiday, it ticks all the boxes. I had a lovely time and will definitely come back. Thank you!

I had a great stay at Leaf River Suites. It's modern, clean, and well maintained, and the reception staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Melek from the cleaning team deserves a special thank you. She was always kind, and kept everything spotless and fresh. The rooms, hallways, sheets, and towels were cleaned or changed regularly. Breakfast had a good range of options. The location is handy too, close to an ATM, supermarkets, restaurants, and pleasant walking spots by the sea, river, and even a waterfall. Highly recommend it.

Everything apart from Gorkem was decent, but my experience with Iqbal, the receptionist, was awful. He was rude and disrespectful throughout our week there, and his customer service was appalling. Gorkem was much more helpful and willing to assist us, though I wouldn't call him amazing. If I owned Leaf River Suites, I'd start improvements by firing Iqbal. I was there with a lot of friends while we received dental treatment, and the Dental Clinic's service was amazing from start to finish. It's a shame this man's behavior spoiled things for everyone involved. It wasn't just me, everyone else felt the same about him. He seemed very shady. When I first arrived, I asked for an adapter to charge my phone. Iqbal immediately said it would cost £10. I agreed, then he went out to his bike and got it. That left a very sour taste in my mouth, and as I dealt with him more over the following days, I began to understand what he was about. I rarely take time to write reviews, even after a bad stay, but this one made me feel I had to.

The food was fresh and really good, with plenty to choose from, and the price was very reasonable for what you get. The staff made the stay especially nice. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English, which made things much easier. I had a great time and would happily stay again. Definitely recommend it.
