The staff were so lovely, greeting us with a smile whenever we came down the steps. During my seven nights there, they often asked at reception if we needed anything. They gave us extra towels and toilet rolls, and a woman cleaned the room, changed the beds, and cleaned the floor and shower room. We also got extra slippers, body wash, and shampoo at no extra cost. The air con was great in the summer heat and helped us sleep, even though the beds weren't especially comfortable. The area was quiet except for a little traffic noise. Shopping markets and pubs were close, but far enough away that the nightlife didn't disturb an early night. The kitchen came in handy, though it had a broken socket and hardly any utensils. This was my first visit and my mum's second. I'd recommend it to anyone. Great service for the price.

The location is nice, but the hotel is unhygienic, noisy, and smells of smoke. The smell even got into my clothes. Guests shouldn't be allowed to smoke inside, and you can tell the rooms aren't cleaned properly.

The location worked really well for us, just a short walk from the old town and bazaars, and the prices are very reasonable. We were nervous after reading claims about rude staff and theft, but the hosts were genuinely friendly and let us check in early. We came away thinking those negative reviews were fake. The rooms were clean, and we saw nothing to suggest the owners were thieves. I’d recommend staying here.

The rooms were in very poor shape. There was hair on the sheets, the floors were dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy. Nothing was being cleaned and there didn’t seem to be any cleaning staff. The kettle was dirty and broken, the washing machine didn’t work, and the only lighting was one big overhead light, with no lamp.
