The building has a real Urfa feel and is worth experiencing. Our stay was great, professional, and affordable, and they’ve clearly made improvements despite some earlier reviews. The rooms, sheets, and towels were clean. I’d happily recommend it and come back. Thanks for the hospitality.

I stayed with my mom and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The rooms are quite spacious, and there’s a parking spot very close by. The hotel helped carry our things, too. Muslum, the manager, was responsive and attentive from the start of our stay right through to the end. The staff were very hospitable, and the Wi-Fi and breakfast were good. I recommend it.

After a ten-hour trip, we arrived as a family around nine in the evening and checked into the Yıldırım Bayezid room. It was heartbreaking to find it filthy after such a long journey. The bathroom was disgraceful, with urine stains on the toilet, clearly used and not cleaned. It made us feel sick. There were misplaced sockets, a broken air conditioner, a TV with no remote, and dead flies on the carpet. While I was trying to sleep, staff on the sofa by the entrance were loudly watching social media stories and woke my child. Even after we objected, they started playing music. That was thoughtless and showed no business ethics. At 23:57, things got even worse: the bathroom door was broken, and my husband got locked inside. Three people tried to fix it, couldn’t, and ended up breaking the door to get him out. We moved to the next room and decided to leave first thing in the morning. I wish the listing had included photos and said the room was on the basement floor. We booked it as a ground-floor room. We’ve stayed in cheaper hotels, but their owners at least cared enough not to give customers used, unhygienic bathrooms and toilets. As a traveler, I can’t recommend this place. The only reason I gave it one star was the beautiful staircase in the interior design. I’m sorry the service doesn’t deserve it.

The Sira Gecesi special night was a complete disaster. There was no air conditioning, barbecue smoke filled the place, and the music was so loud that when it stopped, you couldn’t hear anyone.
