The rooms are generally large and airy, with big windows that let in plenty of natural light, and the AC works a treat. New owners seem passionate about the business, and the place is currently getting some improvements. My room had new curtains and a new bed. Staff are super friendly, and there are some excellent cheap, non-touristy places to eat just a few steps away. It’s good value and already one of my favourite places to stay in town. I think it’ll be my new favourite choice.

There are minibus stops 50 meters to either side, and you can get anywhere from there. A tram stop is 200 meters away, so we didn’t need a taxi to the bus station or airport. Supermarkets with fresh fruit and vegetables are opposite, and Old Town (Kaleici) is just a 3-4 minute walk away. This is truly the heart of Antalya. It’s my second visit, and the new owners, Fatih and Ahmet, have completely changed the place. The previous owners were rude and disrespectful, but now the rooms are clean and hygienic and customer service is 100%. I was very happy, thank you. What more could you ask for? 😍😍 :)

It’s taken me a while to try this hotel because of the earlier reviews, but I’m glad I gave it a chance. There are NEW OWNERS now, and Fatih & Ahmet are lovely. They’re refurbishing the place, replacing all the beds and providing fresh bedding and towels. They’ve also added new fire doors. I travel to Antalya often and usually stay briefly with friends, so it’s great to have found affordable, family-friendly people who help with issues and offer travel tips and recommendations. The location is great, and prices are still incredibly affordable. Thanks for the complimentary coffees! They also offer a VIP Transfer for almost the same rate as regular yellow cabs. We rode to the airport in a luxurious Maybach. See you soon.

A nice budget stay. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are warm and welcoming. I’d recommend it.
