We repeatedly watched staff serve drinks to other guests while walking past us without offering any. As Black guests, it was hard not to feel singled out and unwelcome, and I wasn't comfortable letting staff handle our drinks. The room wasn't properly cleaned, and basic bathroom items weren't replenished unless we kept asking. The complimentary water bottles had broken or unsealed caps each time, which made me wonder whether the water was safe or had been tampered with. Floors weren't cleaned properly either. I deliberately spilled a drink to check, and it stayed there for two days until I moved furniture and made it more noticeable. I was there with my 80-year-old mother, who uses a wheelchair. Before we travelled, I asked for a wheelchair and was told the hotel would accommodate us. On arrival, the one we got was extremely dirty, with a used tissue left inside, so I had to clean it myself. It only had one footrest, and my mother had to keep both feet on that single rest throughout the stay. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. The lack of cleanliness and care, and how we were treated, made us extremely uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay again or recommend it, especially to other Black travellers.

The food was plentiful and the beach was nice, so I spent most of my time there. At the beach restaurant, a lady made a tasty cheese or potato pie that I loved. Getting here from the airport takes around 2 hours by bus, which is a bit far, though that's less of a concern if you plan to stay in the resort and rest. The lobby was welcoming and luxurious, and the staff were nice. We had booked a standard room, a slightly higher category, but were given an economy room, the cheapest one. The room's awful smell is why I gave it one star. It ruined my vacation.

The beach is well maintained, though pebbly, and about a five-minute walk from the hotel. There's also a shuttle for guests. We loved the seaside location during our three-night summer holiday. Our room had a stunning sea view from the balcony and was cleaned daily. Staff were attentive and always willing to help arrange boat tours and local activities. The restaurant had a good selection of Turkish dishes, and the large, quiet pool was ideal for families. Evening entertainment could've been livelier, but we had a relaxing seaside holiday and would happily return.

We had a lovely stay, with plenty of tasty food to choose from and welcoming service at reception. The staff were friendly, and they surprised me and my friends with beautiful bed decorations for my special day. The hotel also has a sauna, gym, pool, and steam room, with a nice beach nearby. Thank you!

The Animation team really stood out. They worked hard to get guests involved during the day, then put on different evening shows, from acrobatics and dancing to impersonations of other artists. The food was great at lunch and dinner, though breakfast wasn't as good. The hotel itself is nice, but I wouldn't rate it five stars. When we arrived, the two rooms we'd booked weren't ready, so we were offered a suite for five plus some extras. It didn't work well for our two families, and we had to keep asking for an extra bed for a whole day before it arrived. We finally got our rooms after two days.
