IS Hotel

The room was in bad shape, with holes in the carpet, no sheets on the bed, and a smell of urine. The toilet and shower were dirty, and the air conditioning was poor and sounded like a tornado all night. They wouldn't take card payment, so at 11pm I had to go find an ATM. The manager promised a refund, but it's been over a month and I still haven't received it.

The noise was extremely bad, and I could hear neighbors talking. The place also had a strong cigarette smell, and I got sick and caught an infection after staying there. For that price, I'd choose another hotel. Hostels offer a cleaner, more comfortable environment.

Seyhan made the stay especially memorable. She's kind and caring, always checking that guests feel welcome and happy, almost like a big sister looking out for everyone. Thank you, Seyhan, and the whole team. The hotel itself was cozy, clean, peaceful, and well kept, with convenient things nearby. It felt like a home away from home, and I had a wonderful stay.

The staff made a big difference, from the owner to the receptionists and room assistants. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I felt like part of the family. The hotel was cozy and well maintained, rooms were cleaned daily, and the decor showed lovely attention to detail. I was in Antalya, in the beautiful Lara region, for my first trip to Turkey and for medical treatment. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, with everything you might need close by. Prices were pleasantly affordable. My stay exceeded my expectations, especially given the reason for my visit. I wish the hotel all the best and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming stay in Antalya.
