The apartment was well equipped and thoughtfully set up. We could walk to the beach and shopping mall, and the nearby bus stop made getting around simple. I’d recommend it.

A very good apartment in a convenient spot near the beach and shopping mall. The bus station is only a minute away on foot, and everything about the stay was great.

The location worked well, with a nearby bus stop for the beach and plenty of restaurants and shops around. Wi-Fi was good. But apartment number 7 had serious problems. It was advertised as 50 sq m, though it seemed more like 30-34 sq m. There was dirt and women's hair everywhere, and no proper cleaning. They wanted €20 for extra cleaning, while the hotel stated $10. With cleaning that poor, I wouldn’t pay $10 either. Water drained badly throughout because the drains were clogged. Basic things were missing: no cutlery tray, so utensils sat in a greasy, dirty spot; no towel rack or shower shelf for soap and shampoo. The owner said dampness ruined things and they didn’t want to buy anything there. The towels were old and dirty, and there were cockroaches in the rooms.

We stayed for two months and were very happy with our time there. It felt clean and reliable, and the price was excellent for what we got. Everyone was helpful, especially Ms. Şeyma. Thanks to the Mau Apart family.
