I stayed for one night before my flight, and the room had everything I’d expect from a high-quality hotel. The staff welcomed us warmly and were ready to help with anything. The hotel staff were polite, and the room’s cheap design and furniture seemed reasonable for a one-star place. What worried us was the area: our taxi driver warned us it could be dangerous to go out after 7 pm. There were two of us women and no man with us, so that warning mattered.

I’m so glad I stayed here. This was my eighth trip to Turkey and I’ve visited 15 countries, and this is one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The manager at reception is such a lovely, warm person, and the hospitality was fantastic. Everything was clean and well cared for, breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was the best I’ve had. Any problem was handled right away by the staff. Ignore the negative reviews, I’d happily come back. Thank you for an unforgettable stay ❤️ Definitely 5/5 😊

I walked in at 10 pm and asked for a room directly, since the hotel uses third-party booking sites and this way they wouldn’t have to pay their fees. The two people working that night were great. For TRY200 I upgraded to a room with a balcony and jacuzzi. They also helped with parking, carried my luggage, and brought extra water because I was really dehydrated after a long drive. Check-in was easy.

We were there with friends for five days. When we noticed the sheets hadn’t been changed and the bathroom, toilet, and floor were still dirty, we told reception. They said they’d clean the room the next day, but the floor wasn’t even done. It took two days of arguing just to get fresh sheets.
