It’s a quiet, safe community, and the villa has plenty of space: three bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor toilet, a balcony, a big terrace, a private pool, and a garden. The open kitchen connects to the living room and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mrs. Muggy. Since it’s up on a mountain, you’ll need your own car or have to call a taxi whenever you want to go somewhere.

A nice view, a great pool, and a very clean villa. The location was okay, and it was good value for what we paid. It works well for a family or a group of friends. I’d rent a car to make getting around easier.

The view is beautiful, and the villa feels stylish and very clean, especially the modern kitchen, which has everything you need. The private pool is nice too. I’d strongly recommend renting a car.

The view was the one good thing. The house itself wasn’t worth the premium price, and the way we were treated made the stay a huge disappointment. I’d think very carefully before booking this place or another house from this company. I’m also filing this complaint with Airbnb support. The villa was supposed to be our private home during the booking, but there was no privacy. Murat, the management guy, showed up at random times without warning. We had clearly asked them to let us know before coming, but they refused and kept turning up. It felt like he was watching the house around the clock, checking who came and went. He also said we couldn’t have more than six people visiting at once, even though that was the maximum allowed during our stay. We were paying a lot for a private house and couldn’t even have our guests come over. They demanded a $500 cash deposit when we arrived, though the listing didn’t mention one. Even if a deposit was required, I think it should have been listed and charged through Airbnb. They told us the cash was only for major damage, like broken doors or furniture. But from the first day, the downstairs shower was clogged, and water wouldn’t drain. It spilled out of the bathroom and onto the bedroom floor because there was nothing to stop it getting past the shower door. We stopped using it, cleaned up the water, and reported the problem right away. Murat said it wasn’t a big deal and they’d fix it, but nobody came for two days. We couldn’t use that shower, and the water damaged the flooring while we waited. When we were checking out, the owner, Kemal, said they were keeping the entire deposit because of the floor damage. It was their fault for not fixing the shower, but they still refused to give the money back. When we pushed for it, they threatened us. Kemal said he’d call law enforcement and claim we’d done “illegal things” in the house, and told us, “you smell like an alcohol.” He also said, “I will finish your lifes,” “You think you have money renting this house, i’m richer than all of you,” and “I know President Tayyip Erdogan, you’ll regret.” Murat went further and threatened, “I WILL CUT YOUR THROAT.” We couldn’t take it anymore and left the deposit behind so we could get out safely. There were basic problems throughout the stay too. For at least two days, there was no water or barely any coming from the showers, so some evenings we couldn’t shower. We paid hundreds of dollars and couldn’t even wash our hands or take a shower. There was no hand soap, just one roll of toilet paper for five days, no coffee, no cleaning service even for an extra fee, and no cleaning supplies for us to use ourselves. Somehow, cleaning was also given as another reason to keep the deposit. The people were rude and disrespectful, and the house just wasn’t worth the money.
