The warm, homey atmosphere made a big difference after my hard days of dental treatment. The friendly, smiling family-run staff were always ready to help, and the hotel felt small, cozy, clean, and pleasant. The mattress was very comfortable, high quality, and hypoallergenic, and I slept well. My room was cleaned daily, including fresh linen and towels, and there were at least five bottles of water in the refrigerator, along with coffee, tea, and sugar. Breakfast changed each day and had plenty of greens, cheeses, baked goods, dried fruit, sweets, hot dishes, and soup, which mattered a lot during my treatment and recovery. The modern coffee machine had plenty of choices, and tea lovers had a wide selection too. Everyone could use high-speed internet, over 400 MB, and the cable and smart TV let you log into apps with your home account to stream your favorite shows. The hotel is in central Antalya on the Mediterranean coast, with bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other services within walking distance, as the hotel's advertising mentions. I spent two weeks here on a trip from the USA for dental treatment, and found so many reasons to enjoy the stay. I recommend Falcon 1511 and warmly invite you and your loved ones to come for a relaxing break, caring service, and delicious breakfast. Bravo to the hard-working team at Falcon 1511 Hotel for looking after guests and always greeting us with kind smiles. If I could give it 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat!

The main problem was how the hotel handled concerns. When I raised issues, there was no real attempt to sort them out, and even after I escalated the matter through Booking.com, they wouldn't offer compensation or another meaningful resolution. Communication and service fell well below an acceptable standard. The property was unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility, leaving me to follow up several times. The unhelpful staff, dismissive attitude, and lack of accountability made what should have been a smooth stay very frustrating. I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests should know what I experienced. I can't recommend Falcon 1511. Other places offer much better service, responsiveness, and respect for guests. I hope Falcon 1511 takes feedback seriously and improves its customer service. Until then, I'd advise people to consider somewhere else.

There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, though the beaches are a bit farther away. The hotel is very clean, relatively new, and safe. The air conditioning cools the room quickly, and breakfast is great. It wasn't too loud at night. There's no dedicated car park, and it gets crowded later in the afternoon.
