We only stayed one night, choosing a deluxe room because it cost just a little more than a standard one. It was very spacious, and as a suite it had a washing machine, cooker, oven, and other amenities. The room was very clean, as was most of the hotel. Reception staff were efficient and spoke some English. Wi-Fi worked fine, the two pools were clean and usable, and breakfast was the usual meze, basic but enough. The dogs were the part I personally disliked. Two or three of them were often asleep in reception or just outside. They ignored guests, but barked at passing motorcyclists. I find dogs in eating areas give an unclean feeling. Sound insulation between rooms was poor, and we had noisy neighbors. Traffic could be heard, though our room near the lobby rather than the main road was hardly affected. The beach looks close on a map, but a large fenced strip of scrubland separates it from the hotel, and it felt intimidating to cross even in daytime, let alone at night. There’s a free shuttle, though its operating hours can be limiting, especially for a one-night stay. The hotel isn’t perfect, and our room was missing a bathroom fitting, but we didn’t see mold. I can understand some harsh comments, and the dogs may be an issue for many European travelers. Still, we enjoyed the stay and got very good value at £42, which helped us overlook some problems.

They canceled our room just 20 minutes before we arrived at 2am, with no warning and no help. The hotel was completely unprofessional and careless. A total joke. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

There aren’t many food shops nearby, but the restaurant has a menu and will deliver orders to your room. So it’s not bad.

After I’d paid and arrived in Antalya, the hotel canceled my reservation and said they’d given the room to someone else. I still haven’t been able to get my money back. The service toward me as a guest was very poor, and the receptionist was rude and treated me badly. I paid almost 200 dollars and still can’t recover it.
