It's so easy to lose track of time here, with the fantastic location and warm hospitality. Especially Mina, who brings a real warmth to the place along with doing her job so well. Her sincerity, smile, and genuine nature make you feel like a guest rather than just a customer. That kind of care from someone so young deserves admiration. If you're longing for blue and green, and young people like her, this is the place. Thanks, Mina. May your path always be bright.

The live music in the evenings, the lovely food and appetizers, the pets and flowers, everything felt so heartfelt. We left Felix Hotel today feeling sad, like we were saying goodbye to family. Şermin's smiling face, Joker Hasan handling everything right away, and Sevil's kind way of sorting out any problems all made us feel at home. The people are warm and sincere, and you feel like family from the start. Their love for animals is another plus. I definitely recommend a visit to Felix Hotel when you're in Adrasan. We already miss everyone and hope to see you next year.

For relaxing and enjoying yourself, this place is a 10/10. It's family-friendly, safe, and comfortable, especially if you're traveling with kids. The food exceeded expectations and was delicious, and the owners and staff were very attentive. Room, toilet, and bed cleanliness were above what I've found at 5-star hotels. To me, it's the most pleasant spot on Adrasan Bay's beachfront. Prices are reasonable for a holiday area. This isn't the ultra-luxury, busy, noisy kind of holiday, and I'm planning to return at the end of summer.

The location was the one real consolation. Our room had a tiny balcony where we could watch the sea, and it was one of three bungalows facing the water near the dining area. The mountain-view rooms are behind a dirt car park used by nearby hotels. Laundry hangs outside, and the place can look from the outside like staff accommodation. If we'd stayed there for all three nights, our holiday would have been ruined. The listing photos for the mountain-view rooms show the sea-view rooms, which is deceptive. The lush garden pictured on holiday sites has no grass, just dry ground. The shower-head holder was broken and the toilet flush leaked. The room location looked good, but Felix's comfort is limited: people gather in front of you quickly, the restaurant lights go off early, and you can feel like you're in a military camp. I later learned the owner was a retired military officer. In the evening you can walk around Adrasan, though some roads are pitch dark, or stay in a hostel. We paid 12,900 for three people for three nights, so our expectations were different. They helped change our dates by phone and gave us garden bungalows at check-in. We didn't understand the employee's surprised reaction until the last day, when we were told the room had been given to us by mistake. It felt like our only lucky break during the holiday. Service was very poor and staff were limited. There was no room cleaning, garbage collection, or towel change for three days. Three people got one face towel. The owner decides which room sits at which table. On the last day we sat elsewhere, and the waiter said, “You cannot sit here,” then brought another customer over and told him, “This is your table.” We didn't move. Breakfast was three finger-long strips of white cheese, two cheddar slices, half a tomato, half a cucumber, seeded pastry, jam and honey in packets, and tea from a machine. Fries and fruit came on the last day. My son arrived late, asked for the fruit, and was told, “I gave it to you.” Another day they said they had no eggs. There was a tea cup but no saucer, and they asked what we would eat in the morning. Dinner choices included fish, chicken, or meatballs. The garnish was two sprigs of yellowed arugula. The bulgur pilaf came ice cold straight from the fridge, and the chicken cutlet wasn't fully cooked. We were given appetizers, but there wasn't enough for three people: soup, stew, and salad, with no sweets or fruit. The last night, fruit was brought to the back table, and the waiter said it cost extra. What kind of shortage is that? They also have other places called Gemici, where the food is cooked. The soups were a disaster, and food ordered in the morning wasn't ready in the evening. When they made up the missing dishes, the rest of us waited and the food arrived cold. Fish was cold and soup was basically water. Even if everything might be possible, the problems pile up and make you tense. They cleared food right in front of us, and the waiter told my son, who was late to breakfast, “I'm taking a late break because of you.” Even with young people, do we always have to be understanding? At checkout they kept trying to charge us for one extra day. Then the charge for water was the last straw. The attitude was extremely arrogant when we raised concerns. I'm surprised by the high service ratings. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Other hotels and hostels offer the same view and better service for similar money. When you bring up problems, the response should be “we'll pay attention,” not “I guess you haven't stayed somewhere else.” If you provide wet wipes after meals, don't give out ones meant for cleaning. In the lush garden shown on travel sites, there's no grass, only dry ground. The toilet flush leaked and the shower-head holder was broken. Our only consolation was the room location. And if we'd wanted to, who knows what we might have heard. Good thing they made a mistake. I don't know if you only go to the room to sleep. To spend time in Adrasan in the evening, you can take a walk or stay in a hostel. Felix's comfort is limited, with people crowding together quickly and restaurant lights turned off early. The way criticism was handled was arrogant, and I'm surprised by those who praise the service. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying there.

The dining area had a magnificent view, the food was delicious, and the rooms were beautifully cleaned. The sea was almost right beside our room, and the location was excellent, with plenty of places to visit nearby. We had a wonderful stay in a warm, family-like atmosphere. Şermin was so friendly and welcoming, Kenan and Sinan looked after us, and Mina was sweet and helpful. Their hospitality felt exceptionally warm. I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a peaceful break from city life and time in nature.
