Grand LAVİN Hotel

After paying for two nights up front, I asked for a refund for the second night the next day. He flatly refused and wasted my time with excuse after excuse. My room had cockroaches, damaged bathroom accessories, and carpets that smelled unpleasant. There were no lifts, and the staff were unreliable. The hotel and service were incredibly disappointing. They're cheaters. I don't recommend this hotel.

The owner wanted us to pay for another day and mark us as a no-show when we checked out after one day and asked for a refund for one night of our planned two-night stay. We had already paid for two nights, so that would have meant paying for three. This place is full of scammers, stay away. Most of the reviews look fake. The building is old, with bed bugs and cockroaches, and every room leaked, even the bathrooms. We had to switch rooms three times, and some smelled really bad, like rotting, not smoke. A mirror fell on my friend in one of the rooms.

We left after just one day, even though we'd booked two, because the stay was unbearable. The hotel refused to refund the unused night. Our room at the Grand Lavin Hotel Antalya was cramped, with barely space to move, and insects crawling over the floors and furniture. Things were falling over, and bathroom fixtures were broken, signs of poor maintenance. When we raised our concerns, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. I strongly advise against staying here. The facilities, upkeep, and customer service made for a complete disaster.

The worst hotel we stayed in. Rooms were small, mostly really dirty, and pretty much everything was broken.
