Hotel Egehan

There were only four sunbeds by the nice-sized pool, and the hotel had no bar, just an outdoor storage area selling soft drinks for 80 lira or beer. There was no restaurant to order food from. Breakfast was 200 lira per day and available for only two hours in the morning. The reception phone rang nonstop every night, and people made lots of noise in the pool past 1:30am. There don’t seem to be any rules. Only one person at reception spoke English, and he seemed bothered when I asked even simple questions. I don’t think I’d come back. Room 106 was noisy and dirty, with holes everywhere, exposed pipes and paint marks. The curtains didn’t block the bright lights from the garden wall. There was no TV remote or aircon remote, and the three towels weren’t changed during my week-long stay. The room wasn’t cleaned at all, not even the bathroom bin emptied. There were four broken hangers in the wardrobe and a huge hole above the toilet looking into the next room. There was no hand soap. The hallway door had a strange locking system, and when I flushed the toilet, water came out underneath and ran down a makeshift drain.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and the staff were all great. It’s close to Konyaalti beach, with a really nice breakfast offer and a pool. The price was very reasonable, probably the best in town. I’d definitely stay again.

The brothers and their father made us feel so welcome and were really helpful and kind. The other staff were nice too. The rooms were very clean, the hotel was so good, and the pool was beautiful. We could even swim at night, which you can’t do at other hotels in Antalya. The breakfast buffet was delicious. 100% recommend!

The staff were really friendly and did their best to help, guide us and communicate. I stayed for just two nights and was happy with everything for the price. It’s a good place with a pool, clean rooms, and a calm location close to the beach. I’ve tried this hotel and the boutique one next door, and I’d definitely choose this one. I recommend it.
