Cagdas Vıllas Swıssotel Hotel Residences

The staff in general were positive and caring, the hotel was nice and clean, and we enjoyed the beach. But we were disappointed with several things during our stay. The room we booked through the all accor app wasn't available. We got a different room without the separate toilet area, large sower, sofa and coffee table shown in the listing and photos we chose. It did have a garden-view balcony, but most of what we saw was a giant AC cabinet. It was noisy and blew warm air, making it unpleasant to sit outside when the temperature was 29-30 degrees. When we raised this with reception, they didn't seem very concerned and said it was the only room available. At 19:00 pm, I asked for the manager on duty but was told no one was available. They kindly offered to cover dinner at the restaurant that first night and asked us to return the next morning so they could see what else they could do. They also said the general manager would be told. The next morning, the woman who had spoken with us the previous evening was off, and her colleague hadn't been briefed at shift handover, so I had to explain everything again. I was told they would check what they could offer, but nobody contacted me for the rest of the stay. There were also some housekeeping issues. A dirty pillowcase was left on the bed after a change, and one of the replacement glasses, with its top closed, was dirty. They didn't replenish the complimentary coffee or tea each day, though they brought more when we called. On the first day, I noticed an unpleasant smell from the toilet and told the receptionist who was showing us the room. She said she'd report it for checking, but nobody came or updated us before checkout.

The staff were very accommodating, everything was in place, and valet parking was available. Since we had to check out at 5:30 AM, they even prepared breakfast boxes for us. We booked Swissotel Resort and had a good stay.

We had a relaxing stay with plenty of summer feeling. It wasn't as extravagant as an all-inclusive hotel, but my family and I enjoyed the calm, simple luxury. The peaceful location, clean sea, kind staff, quick and efficient room service and tasty meals all made it worthwhile. The coffee and ice cream café at Swiss Gourmet was a particular treat. The raki and melon, and gin and orange ice cream flavors stood out. Pürovel also had lovely spa services. I recommend the Sea Wholistic body-skin care massage. Thanks for everything.

The hotel's peaceful atmosphere was lovely, but Meryem Hanım’s care made our holiday truly memorable. She was warm, attentive and always ready to help, making sure we had what we needed and felt at home. We hope to come back soon. Thank you! 🌸
