The Guest Relations team made a real difference for us. Yadigar, Beyza, and Melike were attentive and helpful, handled all our requests, and helped make the stay comfortable. After I had a small accident on a water slide, which was my own fault, staff were told straight away. When I got back to the room, there was a handwritten note and some snacks, and the next day they called to check how I was and whether I needed anything. Those little gestures stay with you. We’ve stayed at two hotels on our trip, and Lara Barut was easily the better choice. The other place cost more and was often recommended as a luxury resort, but this one exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere, food, and staff were outstanding. The buffet had such good variety and quality that we hardly felt a need to try the à-la-carte restaurants. Evening live music was fantastic too.

We first came to Turkey in January 2026 and found our happy place at Lara Barut Collection straight away. We stayed in the Hamam Suite in January, then the Deluxe lagoon in February, and have already booked our next trip for March this year. The Guest Relations team deserves a special thank you. Dilara, Fehrad, Yadigar, and Berat always made time for our daily questions. When we thought a small snake was drowning in the lagoon pool, they responded immediately and took care of it. Everyone we met was warm, friendly, helpful, and very professional. We haven't experienced this level of service in a long time, and the phrase “with pleasure” really does fit every interaction. From check-in to departure, we felt welcome and looked after in a personal, professional way. Even the “standard” Deluxe Lagoon room felt luxurious, with modern design, plenty of space, close pool acces, and a very high-quality feel. The food was another highlight each day, with lots of choice, excellent quality, and dishes presented with care.

The staff made the whole stay feel special. The entertainment team brought loads of energy to the daytime activities, and Amigo and Furkan deserve a mention. The cleaner Munix was professional and friendly, and Zhonna in guest relations was very helpful with our enquiry. Everyone went above and beyond. There was plenty to do outside the shows too: relax by the pool or go straight to the private beach, with beach volly ball, yoga, aqua aerobics, gym, archery, and rifle shooting. Pool towels were free, and staff served drinks on roller skates. You could order by scanning a QR code. The pools had drinks available, and the ultra all-inclusive food and drink were included and available 24/7. At night, the entertainment was first class. “The greatest show” and “Gypsy” were amazing, with a big cast, dancing, and daring acrobatics. One evening there was a huge water, laser, and light show in one of the pools. It was set up that afternoon with scuba divers, ran very late, and had been fully cleared away by morning. There was something different each night for children and adults, including DJs, live bands, and shows. There was a grand buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and night meals, along with lots of smaller themed restaurants, all included. The buffet alone had enough variety for us. The resort was kept immaculate, with the hotel, restaurants, and grounds constantly being cleaned and tended. We’d hoped we’d picked a good hotel, but Lara Barut Collection far exceeded what we expected. We had two spacious rooms with balconies and side-on sea views, plenty of cupboard and drawer space, a table and sofa, a mini bar restocked daily, bath robes, a great shower, and a beach bag to use and keep. We got back yesterday from an amazing holiday. This is the longest and most deserved review I’ve written, and it still doesn’t cover all the good things Lara Barut offers. A big thank you to everyone who contributes every day.

The food was a real highlight. The buffet had loads of choice and a different theme each day, and Sandals, hungry gorilla, and turunc were great at lunchtime. The à la cartes were brilliant too if you could get a booking, and the staff there were very attentive. For families with a baby, the hotel has thought of so much. We had high chairs wrapped in cling film with everything needed on the tray, plus a cot, kettle, baby bath, bay wash, shampoo, sponges, and swimming nappies. Staff always made time to make sure our baby was looked after. I especially recommend it if you have a 0-3 month old. The animation team also made the holiday. They remembered our names and used them every time, spoke lots of languages, included everyone, and were great fun. The whole team was fantastic, and Aykut deserves a special mention as a great guy and master of the games. Darts and apartif games were a laugh. My main complaint is the Lara barut app. You have to book à-la-carte reservations at 10am, and half the time the app doesn't work. Guest services don't do anything about it. When you're paying thousands of pounds for a family trip, you expect to be able to eat at every restaurant included in the price, but so far we haven't managed that. It's a big issue, though the good parts of the stay outweigh it for me. I'd still give it 10/10. We will be back!

We had a great stay and left wanting to come back. The food was excellent, the service outstanding, and we enjoyed playing padel tennis. A special thank you to the animation team, especially Buchet. Our child loved playing with her, which made the holiday more special. The only small inconvenience was the spa being run by a third party. The hotel handled the discussion with them very professionally and kindly. We can’t wait to return.
