The room had dust and mosquitoes as well as a strong cigarette smell. We called staff right away, used air freshener, and waited more than two hours, but the odor only got worse. We’re severely allergic and sensitive to cigarette and shisha smoke, so we couldn’t accept those room conditions. We kindly ask for the amount we paid to be refunded.

The views were stunning, and the area near Duden Park was pleasant. I enjoyed the restaurant meals every day, and breakfast had a good selection. Alp was especially helpful when I arrived late after a long flight, and nothing seemed too much trouble. The staff were kind throughout. My room was a little tatty, though major renovations are underway, and it was off-season, so that was understandable. The hotel gets many guests coming for medical procedures, so breakfast conversations about teeth are common! I wouldn’t say it’s especially suitable for families, but as a solo traveler I’d come back. It was excellent value, and I had a restful, enjoyable stay.

The hotel staff and food were excellent, and Turkish people are very friendly. I could see the beach, but the room felt outdated. The electrical outlets were different, so I had to walk around the block to the nearest market and buy an adapter to charge my phone. This was my third visit to Turkey.

The place was ever so dirty, with no real cleanliness at all. The poor conditions were obvious, and my stay was extremely unsatisfactory. I’m appalled and disgusted, and will leave the worst possible review about this unacceptable lack of hygiene.

The hotel is close to the beach, and I liked the views around it. It’s a lovely spot to relax.
