The room was dirty.

The hotel was awful, and the service was just as bad. Management watches you and your movements. The bathrooms were very dirty, and they gave us only one towel every three days. You could hear everything between rooms, and the elevator was very loud going up and down. I can't see how this place could be approved by Turkey's tourism authorities.

Breakfast and parking weren’t available, and I found similar-priced places nearby that seemed like better options. The price here looked reasonable, but the cleanliness and upkeep had serious problems. There weren’t enough power outlets in the room, and the sinks gave off unpleasant smells. The small elevator was noisy too, and guests were arguing loudly through the night.

The room was a mess from the moment we walked in. The wardrobe, table, chairs, and sheets were all dirty or stained, and there was no key at first, so a staff member opened the door for us. We had to go downstairs later to get one. The TV and air conditioning remotes wouldn’t work properly, and between the three remotes there were only two batteries, so we had to keep swapping them. Breakfast wasn’t available either. The location is great, close to the market, the sea, and busy areas. We were quoted 1500, but it seems hotels have agreed on the same price for Turkish customers. When we wanted to pay by card, they raised it to 1600, which doesn’t comply with BDDK (Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency) rules. We accepted anyway. I’ve never had such a bad experience, and I hope I won’t again. This felt like a blatant attempt to rip off tourists who don’t know much about hotels.
