Kosova Otel

The staff were generally hospitable, but our room went uncleaned for three days. We also had to ask before they provided soft paper or other things we needed.

The manager was dismissive, irresponsible, and unprofessional, and the responses to guests were unacceptable. The place would need new management and several cleaning staff just to start addressing the problems. My room was thick with cigarette smoke and looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months, if ever. There was hair on the bed linen, and the mattress had urine stains and other unknown substances. The bathroom was unusable, with clogged sewage, a terrible smell, and a toilet that barely worked. After only a few steps on the floor, my white socks turned black. I wouldn't wish this on anyone. You'll likely pay more in the end, either by moving hotels or dealing with the stress and health risks. Even a cheap rate isn't worth your nerves or health. Avoid this place. It's a trap.

Akram at reception was kind and professional, and deserves a special thank you. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service overall was excellent.

The bathroom was cramped, and I was disappointed when staff said they hadn't found my AirPods after I left them in the first room. I had to switch rooms during my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful overall, though, and the place was affordable and well located. Decent for a budget stay, as long as you don't expect anything fancy. Check your room before you leave.
