Letstay Sweet Home Mint

We enjoyed our August stay. The building has similar apartments throughout, all tastefully decorated and clean, and ours was cozy in a quiet neighborhood. The room could be made up daily, and Shakespeare restaurant was connected for food delivery, including the breakfast. We ordered breakfast there for three days, but by the fourth we were bored with the same food and stopped, even though it wasn't bad. One drawback was the bedroom air conditioner, which made such a loud noise that we couldn't use it at bedtime. Still, it was a nice apartment and a good stay.

The location worked well for us, with a lovely waterfront nearby, Terrasity shopping center, shops and a market close by, Lara beach around 10 minutes away, and the old town about 20 minutes by taxi. The apartment was clean, new, and had what we needed, including blackout curtains and comfortable beds. The code entry for both the grounds and apartment was convenient, so there was no key to carry around, especially useful for a group. We got excellent service from check-in through checkout. Because our flight was late, we were offered the option of going first to the Letstay hotel. Great place to stay in Antalya, we'd recommend it!

We won't return, and I can't recommend this place after two stays disrupted by basic service failures. The first time, we woke to no electricity, so there was no hot shower or morning tea. We contacted Umit, who said he had no idea why and that the whole street was affected. He didn't try to fix it or come ask whether we needed anything, so we left very early, around 9 or 10 am. We gave the hotel another chance hoping it would be clean and good, but on our second stay I found there was no running water at 5 am, and there was still none in the morning. We couldn't shower, clean up, or get ready for the day, and were stuck at the hotel. Again Umit said the whole street had a problem and he couldn't do anything. We had errands and meetings from 10 am and ended up late everywhere. It was devastating and sad. For a hotel in the city center earning good money, I don't understand why they wouldn't invest in a generator and water reservoirs. Very sad.

I spent 30 days here and had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was handy for where I needed to be. The staff were attentive, and I want to thank the whole team from the heart!
