Liberty Hotels Lara

We met some lovely guests during our holiday and even came away with a few new friendships. The staff also made us feel welcome throughout, especially the waiters, who were attentive, friendly, and always smiling. Liberty Lara in Antalya gave us a wonderful all-inclusive stay, with plenty of tasty food and very good drinks available all day. We had a great time from arrival to departure and would love to return.

We went as a family for seven nights at the end of July 2025. Our duplex room worked really well, with enough space and privacy for everyone, and the rooms were as expected. There was plenty for us as vegetarians to choose from, including desserts, with different food and themes each day. The staff were excellent, and my wife enjoyed the spa too. A late review, but it was an excellent trip.

The animals were one thing we especially appreciated: the managers and staff treated the visiting stray dog and kittens with care and respect. It’d be good to have the cats neutered to help prevent more strays, and fresh water bowls around the hotel would help too, since we noticed animals drinking from the chlorinated pool. We loved our ten-night holiday and hope to return next year if prices don’t rise drastically. The staff were polite and genuinely caring, and the chefs deserve a big thank you for such tasty food and a huge all-inclusive selection. There was live music, daytime entertainment, snack bars, relaxing outdoor spots, a nice pool area, and a lovely sandy beach. The room was cleaned well every day, with the mini fridge and bathroom supplies restocked. On the downside, the rooms feel dated, with old furniture and a bathroom that needs renovation. There isn’t much to see outside, just a long stretch of tourist shops and markets. Thank you, Liberty.

If you’re going, I’d book a full week so you can relax, enjoy the entertainment, and fit everything in. One or two days doesn’t seem worth it for this kind of hotel. A car would help too, whether you rent one or bring your own. The old town is around half an hour by car or an hour by bus, which costs about €1 each way. Taxis are expensive. We had a very nice stay, with polite staff, lovely pools, and good food served from 7 a.m. until midnight. There’s a big variety, lots of desserts, and the food quality was a solid 10 out of 10. By the pools, a staff member came around every 5-10 minutes to ask if we wanted anything, always with a smile. I’d definitely recommend it.
