Four Seven Hotel

The staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful, and their professionalism and smiles made a real difference. I never saw any sign of discrimination. They made everyone feel comfortable. I had an excellent stay in Istanbul and would happily return. Highly recommend.

We stayed at four seven hotel in January 2025. The staff were welcoming and breakfast had lots of fresh, tasty options. I enjoyed it. The sauna and steam room were good, but the spa overall didn’t seem properly maintained. The Turkish bath was cold and smelly, so we didn’t use it, and used towels had been left lying around. We weren’t given towels either. When we asked, we were told they should be on the shelf, but there weren’t any. The room was the bigger issue. The walls were so thin we could hear everything, and our room faced a busy street. It didn’t seem to make a difference whether the windows were open or shut. Although rooms were listed as non-smoking, we could smell cigarette smoke coming through the ventilation, probably from someone smoking in another room. I wouldn’t give the hotel four stars. It needs proper maintenance.

The room was small, but very clean. Staff were extremely helpful, and breakfast was delicious.

I had a great stay at four seven hotel. The reception team were lovely, especially Ibrahim, who helped a lot with directions and taxis. My roadside room was a problem, so I changed rooms three times, and they were happy to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a very modern shower and lots of pressure. They left two bottles of water each morning, and gave us another two or three in the evening when we asked. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of salads, cheeses, and kinds of olives. It could use a toaster, though. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.
