London Otel

We reported the room's condition as soon as we arrived. The receptionist admitted the staff had forgotten to clean it and said it would be taken care of the next day. It wasn't. When I went back, he apologized and said they'd forgotten again, then promised someone would come the following day. Nobody did. Another receptionist later claimed they couldn't enter because we weren't in the room, even though I'd already told them we'd be out all day and they'd said that was fine. So we'll spend our third night in this disgusting place, out of a five-night stay. The bathroom still had dust and hair on the sink, the dishes were unwashed, there were food stains in the cupboards, and I found cigarette ash in a bedroom drawer. The wallpaper had a huge hole, the sofa and curtains were stained, and the bathroom smelled terrible. Things were old and damaged in general. I wasn't expecting luxury at this budget price, but cleaning up after previous guests is basic hygiene. A hotel that can't meet that standard shouldn't be operating. You can find much cleaner places in Antalya for a similar price.

For this price, the apartment is a comfortable place to spend a day and it was really amazing. Still, the location isn't the best, nobody ever seemed to be at reception, and the pool was really dirty when we used it.

We spent a whole week here and loved the stay. The staff were kind and hospitable, and the beach was very close. They also did a great job when I asked them to arrange something romantic.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and everyone was so helpful and polite. Darya, Gursha & Imra helped us communicate with other places in Turkish and get the things we needed sorted out. I'd recommend it.
