The breakfast was really just a starter, with a few kinds of cheese, some salad, and little loaves of bread. On arrival, our towels were dirty and covered in sweat and dark marks, and there was hair throughout both the bathroom and bedroom. I had to ask the cleaners to come back several times. When we left, the manager tried to charge us extra, claiming we had arrived before check-in, which we hadn't. I was disappointed for all these reasons.

After I went down for breakfast, nobody came to serve me for about 20 minutes. I hadn't paid in advance, and when I asked staff for a menu, orange juice, or water, they had none of those, only tea or coffee. I asked for an omelet, but they don't serve hot food. There was just fruit, cheese, and bread on a plate. Since I'd had mouth surgery and couldn't chew, I left and found a coffee house down the road, where I was treated with great respect. I arrived on Saturday night exhausted and went to bed, but there were no sheets, just a small black item in the wardrobe. In the morning the towels were very dirty, and chunks of wallpaper were coming off the walls. The stairs felt dangerous to use. At night, banging from doors went on from 10 p.m. until 2:30 a.m., not from planes. I tried to speak to the staff but got nowhere because the manager was away.

The bed sheets were stained and dirty, and even after we told staff, they weren't replaced. There was no shampoo, body wash, or even soap, and the room had no kettle or fridge. We arrived after an eight-hour drive, but only one room was ready. Breakfast still hadn't been prepared at 8:20, so the friendly technician from Kazakhstan was made to prepare it. Aside from the two women cleaners and that technician, the staff were unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The room was clean and the AC worked well. Breakfast is officially served from 7 to 10, but they still made it for me when I was 15 minutes late and even brought coffee or tea. I got the best room and balcony while sitting in reception. If you can choose, go for room 403! Communication was a little difficult because they only speak Turkish, but Google Translate did the job. I'd recommend it if you just need a place to stay with breakfast.
