Pukka Boutique Hotel

We paid for 19 nights but spent 13 in the hotel. After the noise became unbearable, we checked out at 2 in the morning. A restaurant manager later offered us two dinners as an apology. It was a very bad, unprofessional experience, and I needed another week at home to recover from the stress of this stay. There was a restaurant on the second floor, and workers cleaned there every night until 2 a.m., making so much noise that sleep was impossible. We complained to reception several times, but were told nothing could be done. Our room smelled of cigarettes, there were insects all the time, and cleanliness was 2/10. Breakfast was 1/10, and there were no spare blankets or towels. The employees didn’t know English or German. I don’t know who is leaving positive comments, but this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

They were helpful when a problem with my flight meant I needed to change the booking, and the team was nice. There’s a great fish restaurant across the street, a lovely beach spot nearby, and a cool Shakespeare cafe🤩. Great hotel!

The staff were really super nice, and service was very good. The location is good too. Konyaalti beach wasn’t really nice, but an express bus from the next big intersection can take you to Kemer beach. Breakfast was just okay. You can ask for coffee e and toast instead of the classic breakfast.

A good option for travelers. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, the rooms were clean and good quality, and the typical Turkish breakfast was very good. There were a few small issues in the bathroom, but nothing serious.
