The apartment worked well for a group of up to six, with two bedrooms and two convertible sofas. One bedroom had no shade, though, so it got bright very early. There’s also a mosque nearby, and the 5:00 am prayer was very loud. Getting around was easy. There are lots of restaurants close by, the beach is about a 10-15 minute walk, two supermarkets are nearby, and public transport is easy to reach. There’s public parking on the street, but it gets busier during the day, so arriving after 17:00 may make it easier to find a space in front of the building.

Getting to the place was easy, but the WiFi was terrible and so was the way we were treated. They wouldn’t accept that the WiFi had been down for several days, and it cost us €60 on our SIM card. They charged us 150 lira for an old towel that had become a little discolored. There were six of us, and when we asked for extra dishes, they said they had none. We didn’t even have enough blankets and pillows, and they charged us a lot. Look at the picture of the bottom of the hair dryer. We’re unhappy with their service.

We never actually stayed at Antalya "Modern Suites"; this was only about a reservation. Booking confirmed it on 10Apr2024, then around June 4 (4Jun2024?) they said they couldn't use our card. Nothing had been charged, so we provided another card, but they later canceled the booking, again saying they couldn't use it, without trying any transaction. We've booked through Booking, AirBnB, and HomeAway for years and never had this happen. What are the chances of it happening twice? Soon after, Antalya "Modern Suites" listed the place on Booking for about 30% more. It seemed to us they wanted to raise the price and didn't consider our reservation or contract binding. We usually make 5 to 10 bookings on a trip. What if most of them were as unreliable as Modern Suites?

I only visited while my friends were living there, usually for get-togethers. The shared spaces, including the hallway, seemed clean and orderly, and the apartment looked newly renovated with the equipment needed for a longer stay. One concern I heard about was water dripping from the roof during heavy rain.

For what it offers, this place is expensive. At the same price, you can get a two-bedroom in Lara, and other properties nearby have administrative staff on site. Here there wasn't any. The owner was far too slow to respond, even though we had a small child with us. We had to call repeatedly about the same issue to get attention. The toilet had no water for nearly a day, its broken seat cover went unfixed for more than four days, and the bath drains were sometimes left uncovered, spreading a drain smell through the bathroom and apartment. Wi-Fi speed was only 0.2 Mbps.
