We booked for a few days but stayed only one. Our room was on the top floor, there was no balcony, and the elevator didn't work. The building looked a bit strange and old inside, and the washing machine was shared with several rooms. The internet was so bad that working remotely was impossible, and there was no hair dryer in the room. If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, you could rent here. Otherwise, at the same price, it's better to stay in a hotel. I can't really say the place was good or bad.

We spent three nights at Tunc apart, and it was a horrible experience. I stayed there with my family two years ago and it wasn't bad, so it seemed like the owner or staff may have changed. The room wasn't clean enough, and the receptionist acted like a police officer, making us feel as though staying there was a favor. I wouldn't recommend it even if you're on a tight budget. There are nearby places with good quality for the price, close to the beach. The staff need to change their attitude toward guests.

The location can't be beat, and Serkhan was awesome. He carried our heavy luggage up four flights of stairs, helped with directions, brought extra room supplies, and did plenty of other things for us. I'll definitely stay here again.

We stayed here a long time and really liked the hotel. The owners were helpful and provided everything we needed. :)
