Sava Hotel

There was only a thin single sheet on the bed, with no blanket or comforter, and the old, worn towels weren't much better. Breakfast was so poor that we couldn't eat anything. The bathroom had shampoo but no shower gel. We were on the sixth floor and there was no lift, which was very inconvenient with luggage. Music from a nearby hotel was extremely loud and made it impossible to sleep. We were very disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here.

The only real downside was loud music from a nearby pub. Everything else was perfect for me. The service, breakfast and pool were all fabulous, and I really enjoyed my stay. I booked a week in Antalya without knowing much about the hotel, and every minute here was worth it. The beach was a five-minute walk away, with everything else close by.

The hotel is affordable and well placed, about a five-minute walk from Konyaalti beach with lots of restaurants nearby. The air conditioner in the room worked well, and the breakfast was good. Cleaning was generally okay, but one day we missed service because there weren't enough staff. Our third-floor room had no elevator, which could be difficult for some people. The two single-seat sofas had several holes, likely from cigarettes, and looked worn. Staff could also use more training in customer interaction and hospitality.

The location was very good, with a beach and lots of restaurants nearby, and breakfast had plenty of options. The rest of our experience was disappointing. Our room had only one light, which made it gloomy and frustrating. The owner mostly sat on the couch using his phone and didn't help when we asked for shampoo. He didn't even look up, just said no. When someone else tried to help, the prices they quoted were far too high. We booked it ourselves and found it cost only half as much. The hotel also arranged a cab, but the driver was very bad. Even though we said we wanted to go elsewhere, he took us to a restaurant. The people there started bringing food we hadn't ordered, then asked us to pay for it and for the food the taxi driver ate. We said not to pay for the driver's meal, but we were forced to pay for the food that was supposed to be free. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
